1. I've tried dozens of diets for 20+ years. How is this program any different?
This is the most important question. This is not a diet. A diet is a set of rules you follow temporarily. This is a 6-month coaching program where we systematically re-educate your body’s hormones. We don’t just focus on “what to eat”; we focus on why your body stores fat so easily (insulin resistance) and use powerful, science-backed tools like meal timing and food quality to fix the root cause. My speciality is not just weight loss; it’s weight loss resistance.
2. Is this program suitable for me if I have PCOD, Type 2 Diabetes, or Thyroid issues?
Yes. In fact, this program is designed specifically for these conditions, as they are all driven by the same underlying metabolic dysfunction and inflammation. However, it is essential that we work in partnership with your doctor. My role is to guide you on nutritional and lifestyle strategies, while your doctor manages your medical care and prescriptions.
3. Do I have to eat bland, boring "diet food"? What about my ghar ka khana?
Absolutely not! This program is built around the food you already love. We don’t ban your favourite dishes; we give them a “health upgrade.” We will work together on simple techniques to make your delicious home-cooked Indian meals healthier without sacrificing tradition or taste.
4. How much weight can I expect to lose?
Because we are addressing deep-seated chronic obesity, we focus on health markers first and fat loss second. The initial phase is about healing your metabolism. While many clients experience a significant drop in weight in the first month (often 3-5 kgs, mostly water weight and inflammation), the real, sustainable fat loss happens steadily over the 6 months. Our goal is not rapid, temporary loss; it’s slow, permanent healing.
5. I feel tired all the time. Will I have the energy for this?
This is a core part of the program. We understand you are starting with a major energy deficit. The first few weeks of the program are designed specifically to build your energy, not drain it. We start with adding nourishing foods and making small tweaks that give you more energy, which then fuels your ability to make bigger changes later. We build the energy first, then use that energy for change.

7. Are the sessions online or in-person?
All sessions are conducted one-on-one online via Google Meet, Zoom, or a simple WhatsApp Video Call, whichever is most convenient for you. This allows me to coach clients all over India and the world.
8. What happens after I make the payment? How do I book my calls?
The process is simple. Once you complete the payment for the program, you will be sent a welcome email and a WhatsApp message. We will also connect through a phone call where we will discuss the timing of the first call. You can then schedule your first session.
At the end of each call, we will schedule our next weekly session together to ensure consistency.
9. What if I have to miss a week due to a vacation or emergency?
Life happens! I offer a flexible approach. We can pause the program for a pre-planned vacation, or if an emergency comes up, you can reschedule your weekly call with a 24-hour notice. We will simply add the missed week onto the end of your 6-month program, so you never lose a session.
10. Do I need to buy any expensive supplements or "fat-cutter" drinks?
No. 95% of your results will come from changing your food and habits. While we may strategically recommend basic, high-quality supplements later in the program (like Omega-3 or a specific vitamin) based on your needs, my philosophy is “food first.” We will never promote any gimmick products.

11. Who will be coaching me? You yourself or someone junior from your team?
You get 100% me, 100% of the time. I will never pass you off to an assistant or another coach. I take on a limited number of clients so I can provide my full, undivided attention to each one. You will have my personal number for support. Your journey is personal to me.
12. What makes you qualified to help with chronic obesity specifically?
My entire practice is built around this niche. While many coaches offer generic weight loss, my expertise is in understanding the deep hormonal and metabolic dysfunctions—like severe insulin resistance and chronic inflammation—that keep people stuck. I have dedicated my work to learning and applying the science of fasting and low-carb nutrition specifically for these “tough cases.”

13. Do you have a payment plan option?

If, after our first two sessions, you genuinely feel that this is not the right approach for you, I will offer a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused sessions. 15. What happens after the 6 months are over?
My goal is for you to “graduate” with all the tools and knowledge you need to continue your journey independently for life. However, for those who appreciate the ongoing accountability, I offer monthly or quarterly “Maintenance” sessions at a special rate for former program clients.
